It had lovely views and location was convenient.
The apartment itself was big and tidy located near to a retail park which has restaurants and a cinema as well as a large supermarket, the canal and Canada Water tube station, and the river. The bedroom had comfy bed, loved it. Nice building, where we stayed.

I loved staying at Apartment Wharf - Water Gardens! The room had everything I needed, like a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. It felt like a home away from home. The seating area with a sofa was so comfy and perfect for relaxing after a long day. I could unwind and watch my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Having a washing machine in the room was a game-changer. I could easily do my laundry without any hassle. It made my stay so convenient.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shower/tub combination in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference!

The apartment is modern, clean, and well equipped, with all the amenities you could want, including an iron, microwave. It is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of two major train stations and a retail park with restaurants, a cinema, and a large supermarket. Onsite parking is available.
The customer service from the staff on the phone left much to be desired, with unhelpfulness and a lack of empathy.

Exceptional: The staff at Apartment Wharf - Water Gardens, particularly Mr. Antonio, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We had a situation where we needed an earlier check-in and Mr. Antonio worked tirelessly to accommodate our request, allowing my parents to rest after their long overseas trip. We are extremely grateful for his help and appreciate his exceptional service.

Wow, this place was mind-blowing! It's located in a super nice residential area, just a 3-minute walk from the underground. The apartment was so spacious, with 2 bathrooms that were a total lifesaver for 4 people. Plus, they have this awesome online platform where you can easily keep track of your invoices and transactions. The mattress was incredibly comfy and the apartment was really clean. They had all the amenities you could possibly need, like an iron, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and more. The location was jaw-dropping, with not one, but two major train stations within a 10-minute walk. And if that wasn't enough, there's a retail park nearby with restaurants, cinema, and a large supermarket. On top of all that, the apartment was well-appointed, safe, and comfortable. The communication before our stay was excellent and check-in was a breeze thanks to Christian. Frederica was super helpful during our stay. And let's not forget about the excellent public transportation options, with a 5-minute walk to the nearest stop. There were also plenty of good pubs, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Traveling into central London was a piece of cake. Oh, and the correct postcode is SE16 6RG. So yeah, this place was absolutely amazing!

I absolutely adored the elegant and charming decoration throughout the hotel. The classic furnishings and beautiful artwork created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, reminiscent of a bygone era. The hotel's general areas were impeccably maintained, with comfortable seating and plenty of space to relax and socialize. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with well-lit hallways, handrails, and elevators available to assist me in getting around easily.
I would have loved to see more organized activities or entertainment options specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been delightful to have the opportunity to engage in social events or outings with other senior travelers.

The nearest tube station is just a 5-minute walk away, making it convenient to explore the city. I would highly recommend this apartment.
Despite some minor issues with cleanliness and a faulty shower, our stay at Apartment Wharf - Water Gardens was enjoyable and worth the price. The apartment is located in a convenient area, close to public transportation and amenities such as restaurants and a supermarket.
